YP Leads Sales 2.0

Problem: Our sales people across the nation needed a new way to sign up customers and show them real time information. They would make calls and meet the prospective small business owners showing them different products YP offered using pamphlets and print outs. It was cumbersome and not efficent.

What we did: We met with the sales people doing research on some of the issues they ran into in the field. The sales tool was designed for the iPad which every salesperson carried. They could sign up the customer on the spot and it contained slides for a customized presentation for the client.

Result: The Sales Tool was very well received. Sales were able to retain more present customers while increasing new sales 15%. Shown here is the 2.0 redesign and also the original 1.0 version for reference.
