Downtown Sacramento Partnership
Problem: The goal of the Downtown Sacramento Partnership website was the merging of godowntownsac.com and downtownsac.org into a new website that would serve both the consumer and business side. The MVP was the ability to search events by date in different layouts.
What we did: I held stakeholder interviews to understand what they felt worked and any pain points from the initial sites to be merged. The client requested pages as templates so they could be customized. Any irrelevant content was trimmed, and content that overlapped both audiences was consolidated. The wireframes involved were very generic due to time constraints with high-fidelity comps being pushed for.
Result: The City of Sacramento stakeholders were happy with the results, merging the content which served the primary audience of consumers and data-consuming software agents, and provide easy and intuitive access to stakeholder audience content.
